It tough for many people to work out in the morning. This can be because we have to go to work early and just don't want to get up any earlier to get a workout in. Or we might just not feel like moving early in the morning. But is morning time the most beneficial time to exercise? The ancient science of Ayurveda says that certain body types do better by working out in the morning. Western medicine says that if we work out on an empty stomach after not eating overnight that we can burn more fat. So if it is convenient it might be ideal to try and get at least part of your workout in the morning. But if this doesn't work for you the main thing is that you get some exercise and hopefully several days a week.
